What a great experience with real professionals that know what they are doing

We are a 10 year old condominium in Brooklyn and we had an extreme issue which caused the deterioration of the framing of our garage door. This issue had nothing to do with Christie Overhead but instead was due to the poor construction of the roofing over the garage door. Andrew who is the President of Christie Overhead, his wife Carla and their technician Vincent and the other technicians were great at making sure that safety was a priority while they worked with our contractor and provided direction on replacing the framing so we could get the garage door reinstalled and operable. I like that the owner of the company is hands on, extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

Very professional. Bought the door site unseen as per recommendation of Andrew from Christie. Door is great. Installer Joe was knowledgeable, neat and clean. They carted away old door. I have been using them for 25 years and never disappointed.

In calling Christie for a service call the technician suggested a remedy. I followed his direction and it solved my issue.He was courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. The best type of people to deal with.

I have recently replaced my garage doors using Christie’s Overhead and my experience was amazing from start to finish. I met with Andrew to design my garage doors which he made so simple and such a pleasant experience. It was then followed by the delivery and installation of my garage doors to which the technicians were courteous, professional and meticulous. The end result was I had beautiful new garage doors and was a very satisfied client. I would recommend Christies Overhead Doors to anyone in need of garage doors for their home.

I just have to say that our new garage doors are amazing in technology and design I can’t begin to tell you how much our new garage doors compliment our home . from start to finish, it was a perfect experience.i had a list of 4 companies to compare prices, but once andrew came over and gave an estimate and told me how the job should be done, i had no interest in talking to anyone else. he was honest, professional, and represented his company in the best light. and then chris did the installation. he was friendly, exremely competent, and did the job as if it was his own garage. he went the extra mile whenever the opportunity arose. trust me, this is a top rate operation.
